Since opening our doors in 2017, we’ve been dedicated to precision, excellence, and a true passion for automotive refinement. What began as Prime Car Wash with a focus on professional detailing and vehicle preparation quickly evolved. Within our first year, we specialized in paint protection film (PPF) and ceramic coatings—premium services that continue to define who we are today.
New name, same dedication – BespokeOne
Today, approximately 90% of our work revolves around paint protection film and high-end ceramic coatings. These highly specialized services are at the core of our business and require skilled craftsmanship, cutting-edge materials, and deep technical expertise. The name “Car Wash” simply no longer reflected the level and direction of our work.
Our new name, BespokeOne, clearly expresses what we stand for: tailor-made premium solutions, uncompromising quality standards, and meticulous attention to every detail. Our philosophy hasn’t changed—we still treat and refine every vehicle with absolute precision. Only the name is new.
Everything remains the same
For our customers, nothing changes. All scheduled appointments, quotes, warranties, and agreements continue as usual. The ownership, team, location, and the way we work also remain unchanged. You can still count on the same precision, quality, and passion you’ve always known.

Founded in 2017 by brothers Ali and Bilal Demirci, BespokeOne has quickly grown into one of Switzerland’s leading specialists for ceramic coatings, paint protection film, and exclusive automotive detailing.
Ali brings his background from the world of high performance: he worked with the Sauber F1 racing team, where precision and perfection aren’t goals—they’re requirements. Bilal, formerly a Quality Inspection Officer at a renowned medical technology company, contributes his expertise in stringent quality standards and meticulous accuracy.
What began as the shared vision of two perfectionists has evolved into a team known for exceptional craftsmanship and flawless results. With a passion for detail, state-of-the-art technology, and years of hands-on experience, we transform every vehicle into a true masterpiece—protected, immaculate, and uniquely refined.
